PRICES: All prices are wholesale; FOB our warehouse in Piscataway, NJ, unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
ORDER MINIMUMS: First order minimum is $100; there is no minimum after first order. Customers will be called before any backorders are shipped. Order 24/7 online at www.aetraders.com, or fax or e-mail your orders to avoid mistakes.
TERMS: New accounts are requested to use a credit card for their first order. We accept VISA, M/C, DISCOVER and AMEX. This enables us to ship your order without waiting for credit verification. Please provide your account number, expiration date, name of cardholder and card holder’s signature. The Credit Card Authorization Form is required on file for all customers, and for every card.
Net 30 days granted upon approval of credit. To establish credit, you must submit a credit application consisting of a minimum of three references and bank information. Allow 2 weeks to process.
We can ship COD, M/O or Cashier’s Check, be aware of high COD fees which must be passed on to customer. We will not ship via USPS or priority mail. We ship UPS, unless otherwise advised by customer in writing. A 1.5% per month late fee for overdue payments and a $30 check return fee for insufficient funds will be added to the total due.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation of orders must be advised prior to ship date.
DAMAGES/RETURN POLICY: Please inspect all shipments and check for discrepancies and damage upon arrival of your shipment.
The carrier has responsibility to deliver the product to you in good condition. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the cartons, please note it on the freight bill or refuse the box if it is severely damaged. Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 7 days to customer service at AET, Inc. Save boxes for carrier inspection. Please advise your staff accordingly.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HERE TO HELP YOU. Should you receive any product that is defective, or incorrect, please contact us toll free 1-888-72-BIKER (2-4537), and we will be happy to replace it for you. Prior approval and a return authorization number are needed before any merchandise is returned to AET, Inc. No credit will be issued for unauthorized return. Returned merchandise must be in original packing & saleable condition. Freight is not refundable. REFUSED SHIPMENTS: All returned packages by carriers due to ordering error or unclaimed will be subject to 20% restocking fee & freight payable on next order. If customer refuses to pay this, all future shipping will be prepaid only.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR OWNERSHIP: Advise us promptly of your new address if you moved or new ownership if you intend to sell your business.
